resumo patente de invenção: "processo para revestimento de superfícies metálicas com uma composição aquosa de muitos componentes". a invenção refere-se a um processo para revestimento por eletrogalvanização de superfícies metálicas com uma composição que contém silano/silanol/siloxano/polissiloxano, além de água a) um composto a) selecionado de silanos, silanóis, siloxanos e polissiloxanos, dos quais um desses compostos ainda pode condensar-se, e b) um composto b), contendo titânio, háfnio e/ou zircônio, bem como c) uma espécie de cátions selecionada de cátions de metais do 1? a 3? e 5? a 8? grupo secundário, inclusive lantanídeos, bem como do 2? grupo principal da tabela periódica e/ou um composto c) correspondente e/ou d) um composto orgânico d), selecionado de monômeros, oligômeros, polímeros, copolímeros e copolímeros de bloco, sendo que o revestimento recém-aplicado com essa composição é lavado uma vez com água, sendo que a) uma lavagem com água apresenta um teor de tensoativo, e/ou b) os substratos, antes do tratamento baseado em silano, são tratados com uma composição aquosa contendo ferro, e depois da lavagem com água, é aplicado um revestimento por eletrogalvanização e o revestimento recém-aplicado com essa composição, até essa lavagem não é secado completamente, de modo que um composto a) apto para condenação não se condensa fortemente até a lavagem do revestimento de tratamento prévio com água e/ou até o revestimento com uma eletrogalvanização subsequente.
