resumo patente de invenção: "detecção dinâmica ortoscópica". a presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparelho de detecção dinâmica que emprega sistemas mieroeletromecânicos (mbms) e sensores cirúrgicos nanoeletromecânicos (nhms) para reunir e reportar os parâmetros cirúrgicos referentes a um mecanismo de acionamento de um dispositivo cirúrgico, tal como velocidade, rotação, torque e outras características do dispositivo cirúrgico. o dispositivo cirúrgico emprega ou afixa o sensor cirúrgico sobre ou em torno de um dispositivo cirúrgico para detectar características eletromecânicas durante o procedimento cirúrgico. o procedimento cirúrgico dispõe o dispositivo médico no campo cirúrgico responsivo ao mecanismo de acionamento de um barbeador ou outro instrumento endoscópico inserido em um campo cirúrgico definido pelo procedimento cirúrgico.
