resumo patente de invenção: "composição de dimensionamento para cargas usadas no reforço de material polimérico termoplástico, materiais poliméricos reforçados e método de fabricação". a presente invenção refere-se a uma composição aquosa de dimensionamento para o reforço de cargas, de preferência fibras de vidro, compreendendo um agente de acoplamento de silano, um polímero de formação de película de epóxi que compreende de 2 a 8 grupos de epóxi reativos por cadeia e compatível com a resina de matriz de poliéster termoplástica selecionada de pet e pbt, e um hipofosfito em uma quantidade de 5 a 30% em peso da composição, de preferência de 7 a 25% em peso, mais preferivelmente de 10 a 20% em peso e o mais preferível de 12 a 18% em peso da composição. uma resina de poliéster termoplástica reforçada com fibras de vidro revestidas com uma composição de dimensionamento da invenção apresenta uma melhor resistência à coloração e alongamento de tração na ruptura melhorado. a composição de dimensionamento melhora ainda mais a capacidade de processamento das fibras dimensionadas.
