Abstract

processo para produção de papel, papelão e papel cartão a invenção se refere a um método para produção de papel, cartão, papelão e, compreendendo remover água de um material de papel tendo um material de agente de enchimento e tendo pelo menos um copolímero anfotérico solúvel em água, formando folhas na seção do fio, e, em seguida, prensar o papel na seção de prensa, em que o pelo menos um copolímero anfotérico solúvel em água é dosado e adicionado a um material de papel tendo uma concentração de fibras na faixa de 20 a 40 g/l, em seguida, o material de papel é diluído para uma concentração de fibras na faixa de 5 a 15 g/l, o material de papel diluído tem água removida para formar uma folha e a folha é prensada na seção de prensa para um teor de sólidos de g (x) % em peso ou mais, e g (x) é calculado como g (x) = 48 + (x-15) . 0,4, em que x representa o valor numérico do teor de sólidos mínimo (em % em peso) no qual a folha é prensada, em que o copolímero anfotérico solúvel em água pode ser obtido através da polimerização de uma mistura de a) 20 a 60 % em mol de acrilamida em relação ao número total de moles de monômeros utilizados para a polimerização, b) 20 a 60 % em mol, em relação ao número total de moles de monômeros utilizados para a polimerização, de pelo menos um monômero catiônico, c) 20 a 60 % em mol, em relação ao número total de moles de monômeros utilizados para a polimerização, de pelo menos um monômero aniônico selecionado a partir de ácidos carboxílicos c3 a c5 monoetilenicamente insaturados, ácidos dicarboxílicos c3a c5 monoetilenicamente insaturados, ácidos sulfônicos, ácidos fosfônicos e/ou os sais dos mesmos, d) 0 a 30 % em mol, com base no número total de moles de monômeros utilizados para a polimerização, de um ou mais outros monoetilenicamente insaturados diferentes dos referidos monômeros (a), (b) e (c), e e) 0 a 5 % em mol, com base no número total de moles de monômeros utilizados para a polimerização, de um ou mais compostos possuindo duas ou mais ligações duplas etilenicamente insaturadas na molécula, em que o valor da diferença entre as proporções de monômeros catiônicos e os monômeros aniônicos em % em mol, cada uma em relação ao número total de moles de monômeros utilizados para a polimerização, é de no máximo 10 % em mol.
