resumo da patente de invenção para: “grelha inferior de um triturador ou destroçador de tambor e método para produzir a grelha inferior”. o objeto da invenção é uma grelha inferior (7) e um método para produzir a grelha inferior (7) para um triturador (1) para destroçar e/ou esmiuçar material, compreendendo o dito triturador um corpo fixo (3), um rotor (5) montado rotativamente em rolamentos, cuja circunferência exterior é dotada de lâminas trituradoras e/ou de corte (55), e abaixo do rotor (5) uma grelha inferior (7) curvada conforme a forma do rotor (5), possuindo a dita grelha inferior (7) elementos de suporte finais e intermédios (11, 13) curvados numa direção substancialmente perpendicular ao eixo do rotor (5) e lâminas (9) substancialmente paralelas à direção do eixo do rotor (5). a grelha inferior (7) é montada, pressionando de modo a exercer uma força de pressão entre dois elementos de suporte (11, 13) da grelha inferior (7), engatando meios de arrasto desengatáveis (17) que são suportados nos ditos dois membros de suporte (11, 13) substancialmente paralelos ao eixo do rotor (5), em que as lâminas (9) da grelha inferior (7) e os ditos dois elementos de suporte (11, 13) são pressionados uns contra os outros. as lâminas e/ou elementos de suporte (11, 13) podem ser removidos desengatando os membros de arrasto (17). uma lâmina (9) da grelha inferior (7) pode ser longitudinalmente dividida em várias partes da lâmina (9’) que estão montadas entre dois elementos de suporte (11, 13).
