resumo da patente de invenção para: “método e dispositivo para empacotar objetos do tipo tira, especialmente tiras de goma de mascar”. a invenção se refere a um método e um dispositivo para produzir e empacotar objetos semelhantes a tira individuais, especialmente tiras de goma de mascar, compreendendo as seguintes funcionalidades e etapas de método: provisão de lâminas retangulares a partir das quais as tiras devem ser formadas, o comprimento dos lados mais curtos das lâminas correspondendo ao comprimento de uma tira a ser formada; formação de tiras individuais a partir das lâminas providas; empacotamento das tiras individuais formadas usando um primeiro material de empacotamento; formação de um grupo das tiras empacotadas individuais; e empacotamento do grupo formado de tiras usando um segundo material de empacotamento. a etapa de provisão das lâminas compreende as seguintes funcionalidades e etapas de método adicionais: criação de ranhuras nas lâminas, as ditas ranhuras que se estendem paralelas aos lados mais curtos das lâminas; e fornecimento de maneira controlada das lâminas individuais de maneira sucessiva na direção longitudinal da mesma à seguinte etapa de formação das tiras individuais, de tal modo que cada lâmina está adjacente á respectiva lâmina anterior em uma posição precisa, sem lacunas e sem pressão de retorno. a etapa de formação das tiras individuais compreende as seguintes funcionalidades e etapas de método adicionais: respectiva separação de uma tira individual a partir da lâmina na extremidade frontal da mesma na direção de transporte rasgando ao longo da ranhura respectivamente principal produzida tal que a lâmina fornecida e a tira separada estão no mesmo plano; e aceleração da tira separada na direção de transporte de maneira a criar uma lacuna entre as tiras sucessivas individuais.
