Abstract

método para produzir um açúcar líquido e um produto químico trata-se de produzir um açúcar líquido que contém poucos inibidores de fermentação. a presente invenção é um método para concentrar uma solução de açúcar derivada de celulose aquosa com uma membrana de nanofiltração e/ou membrana de osmose inversa, em que um açúcar líquido é produzido adicionando-se um polímero aniônico para remover inibidores de fermentação no lado permeado da membrana de nanofiltração e/ou membrana de osmose inversa.
