Abstract
método para produzlr um líquido de açúcar. trata-se de um método para produzir um líquido de açúcar processando-se um iíquido de açúcar derivado de celulose através de uma ou mais das membranas de separação selecionadas a partir das membranas de ultrafiltração, membranas de nanofiltração e membranas de osmose reversa, em que uma membrana(s) de separação contaminada devido à filtração é/são lavada(s) com água quente com uma temperatura de não menos que 50°c para alcançar uma lavagem eficaz da(s) membrana(s) de separação contaminada.
