Abstract
(3r,4r) -4-ciano-3, 4-difenilbutanoatos substituídos, processos para a sua preparação e sua utilização como herbecidas e reguladores de crescimento de plantas (3r,4r)-4-ciano-3,4-difenibutanoatos substituídos, processos para a sua preparação e sua utilização como herbicidas e reguladores do crescimento de plantas compostos da fórmula (i) ou sais dos mesmos, em cada caso na forma treo-(3r, 4r) opticamente ativa r^ 1^ é hidrogênio ou radical hidrolisável, e (r^ 2^)~ n~, (r^ ~3^)~ m~, n e m são como definido na fórmula (i) de acordo com a reivindicação 1, onde a configuração estereoquímica no átomo de carbono na posição 3 do derivado de ácido butanóico possui uma pureza estereoquímica de 60 a 100% (r), de preferência de 70 a 100% (r), e ainda preferencialmente de 80 a 100% (r), em particular de 90 a 100% (r), com base na mistura presente de enantiómeros treo, e a configuração estereoquímica no átomo de carbono na posição 4 do derivado de ácido butanóico possui uma pureza estereoquímica de 60 a 100% (r), de preferência de 70 a 100% (r), e ainda preferencialmente de 80 a 100% (r), em particular de 90 a 100% (r), com base na mistura presente de enantiómeros treo, que são adequados para utilização como herbicidas e reguladores de crescimento, em particular para a utilização selectiva em culturas de plantas e podem ser preparados pelo processo de reivindicação 9.
