Abstract

processo para a recuperação contínua de ácido (met) acrílico e aparelho para o processo a presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparelho para a recuperação contínua de ácido (met)acrílico, e masi especificamente a um método de recuperação contínua de ácido (met)acrílico, incluindo: conduzir a oxidação em fase gasosa de pelo menos um composto selecionado a partir do grupo que consiste em propano, propileno, butano, ibutileno, t-butileno, e (met)acroleína, na presença de um catalisador, para obter um gás misto contendo ácido (met)acrílico; resfriar subitamente o gás misto contendo ácido (met)acrílico para remover os subprodutos de alto ponto de ebulição no gás misto contendo ácido (met)acrílico; contatar o gás misto contendo ácido (met)acrílico sem subprodutos de alto ponto de ebulição com a água ou uma solução aquosa para obter uma solução aquosa contendo ácido (met)acrílico; e purificar a solução aquosa contendo ácido (met)acrílico para obter o ácido (met)acrílico. ométodo de recuperação contínua de ácido (met)acrílico de acordo com a presente invenção pode reduzir significativamente o consumo de energia e recuperar continuamente o ácido (met)acrílico de alta pureza com excelente eficiência de produção, comparado aos métodos de recuperação anteriores.
