Abstract

dispositivo para citometria magnética de fluxo e método para produzir o mesmo a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de medição, da produção do mesmo e do uso do mesmo para a citometria magnética de fluxo, em que um canal microfluído é colocado ao longo de uma rota de enriquecimento de tal modo que a amostra celular marcada magneticamente que flui através do canal microfluídico seja alinhada às tiras magnéticas de guia, enriquecida pelo campo magnético de um imã no fundo do canal e guiada para além de um sensor. em particular, o sensor e as tiras magnéticas de guia são integrados à microplaqueta semicondutora.
