Abstract

máscara facial, e , método para produção de máscaras faciais a invenção se refere a uma máscara facial para remoção de impurezas biológicas e mecânicas do ar inalado e/ou exalado, compreendendo uma camda têxtil interna e uma camada têxtil externa, entre as quais fica arranjada uma camada filtrante de nanofibras de polímero e/ou camada ativa de nanofibras de polímero que , na sua estrutura, contém uma(s) substância(s) biocida(s). a camada têxtil externa, bem como a interna, são formadas de microfibras, enquanto pelo menos a camada têxtil externa e, com ela, camadas filtrante ou ativa vizinha de nanofibras de polímero são hidrofóbias, e todas as camadas são interconectadas por uma rede de junções, que impede seu movimento mútuo e reduz a permeabilidade da máscara facial apenas minimamente. a camada têxtil interna é, na periferia da máscara facial, provida com uma camada de um adesivo para prender na face do usuário. este método de fixação da máscara facial na face garante perfeita adesão da máscara facial na pele ao longo de toda sua periferia, impedindo assim respiração de ar não filtrado. a invenção se refere adicionalmente a um método para produção de uma máscara facial como esta.
