Abstract
método para produzir um conjunto tubular de fibras de um componente composto, reforçado com fibras, e conjunto de fibras em formato tubular a presente invenção refere-se a processo para produzir um conjunto de fibras em formato tubular de um modula compostos (3,11 e 13) reforçado com fibras, bem como um conjunto de fibras em formato tubular como produto intermediário para um modulo composto (3,11 e 13) é indicado, sendo que devem ser levadas em conta de uma forma especialmente simples e confiável, as particularidades locais no tocante da geometria do módulo composto (3,11 e 13) bem como do seu perfil de carga. processos em que a massa de fibras (6, 4a, 4b, 4c e 12) alimentada para formação tubular, se apresenta comportamento proporcional a circunferência local do módulo composto (3,11 e 13) resultante do diâmetro, sendo que a velocidade de avanço do núcleo é essencialmente constante.
