Abstract

processo contínuo para a esterificação de polímeros portanto grupos ácidos a presente invenção refre-se a um processo contínuo para a reação de ácidos poli (carboxílicos) sintéticos (a), contendo por cadeia polimérica pelo menos 10 unidades repetitivas da fórmula (i), na qual r¹ representa hidrogênio, um grupo c~1~ a c~4~alquila ou um grupo da fórmula-ccooh, r² representa hidrênio ou um grupo c~1~a c~4~alquila,r^ 3^ representa hidrogênio, um grupo c~ 1~- a c~ 4~-alquila ou -cooh, com álcoois (b) da fórmula geral (ii) r~ 4~-(oh)~ n~ (ii), na qual r^ 4^ representa um radical hidrocarboneto com 1 a 100 átomos de carbono, que pode ser substituído ou conter heteroátomos e n representa um número de 1 a 10, em que uma mistura de reação, contendo pelo menos um ácido poli (carboxílico) sintético (a) e pelo menos um álcool da fórmula (ii) em uma mistura de solventes, a qual contém água e, com base no peso da mistura de solventes, 0,1 - 75% em peso, de pelo menos um solvente orgânico miscível com água e em que o solvente orgânico apresenta uma constante dielétrica medida a 25<198> c de pelo menos 10, é transportada para uma zona de reação e ao fluir através da zona de reação, essa é exposta à irradiação de micro-ondas e em que a mistura de reação na zona de reação é aquecida pela irradiação de micro-ondas a temperaturas acima de 100<198>c.
