Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA MONITORAÇÃO DE COMPONENTES GIRATÓRIOS E ROTOR DE UMA BOMBA CENTRÍFUGA EQUIPADO COM O DITO DISPOSITIVO. A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo e a um método para monitoração de componentes giratórios no caso de bombas centrífugas ou equipamentos que compreendem bombas centrífugas. O dispositivo, para monitoração de componentes giratórios em bombas centrífugas ou sistemas que compreendem bombas centrífugas, composto de uma primeira unidade (1), a qual é fixamente conectada ao componente a ser monitorado, compreendendo uma fonte para suprimento de energia (6), pelo menos de um sensor (2), um microprocessador (4), uma unidade emissora (5) para a transmissão de um sinal (8) e um receptor, o qual é espacialmente separado do componente monitorado, e de uma segunda unidade (9) compreendendo uma unidade receptora (10), um meio (11) para a análise do sinal transmitido (8) e meios (12) de exibição e/ou encaminhamento (13) de uma propriedade de componente detectado, caracterizado pelo fato de a transmissão do sinal (8) ser feita acusticamente por meio de ondas sonoras.
