Abstract

trocador de calor de cadinho. a invenção refere-se a um sistema de coletamento de gás bruto para coletar gás bruto de uma pluralidade de cadinhos de fundição de alumínio que está equipado com uma pluraralidade de dutos de ramificação (28d), cada um dos quais está disposto para canalizar um respectivo fluxo de ramificação (8d) de gás bruto de um cadinho de fundição de alumínio para um duto de coletamento (26a), o qual é comum para os e compartilhados pelos dutos de ramificação (28d). cada um dos ditos de ramificação (28d) está, próximo de uam sua saída (52d), equipado com uma seção curva (50d) para alinhar o fluxo de ramificação (38d) com uma direção de fluxo de gás bruto (27a) já presnete dentro do duto de coletamento comum (36a), e uma construção (54d) para acelerar o fluxo de ramificação (38d) através da saída de duto de ramificação (52d) para dentro do duto de coletamento comum (26a). mais ainda, cada um dos ditos dutos de ramificação (28d) está equipado com um trocador de calor (40a) para remover o calor do respectivo fluxo de ramificação (38d) de gás bruto. a resistência de fluxo combinada da constrição (54d) e do trocador de calor (40d) reduz a necessidade de ajustar os respectivos fluxos de ramificação (28d) utilizando válvulas, por meio disto reduzindo a energia requerida para transportar oa gás bruto.
