Abstract
Aerogenerador con turbina de reacción horizontal, el cual se basa en la tecnología de turbinas del tipo CATT (turbina de tecnología de incremento combinada) y mediante el mismo se permite acelerar a velocidad del flujo de aire, haciendo más eficientes la turbina de viento, permitiendo incrementar la potencia que puede ser extraída de la circulación del aire. Este aerogenerador consta de dos conductos alineados en la dirección del eje longitudinal del aerogenerador, estando un primer conducto dispuesto en el interior de un segundo conducto, definiendo entre ellos una conducción anular. La aportación de aire a través del conducto anular es acelerado mediante una zona de convergencia, el cual tiene la capacidad de incrementar la velocidad rotacional del flujo y disminuir la presión en la zona posterior a la turbina. Asimismo, posee unos álabes direccionales que permiten guiar el flujo en la dirección óptima, como el ángulo de ataque a las palas de la turbina principal y el ángulo de giro del flujo rotacional, y que, a su vez, unen la pareja de conductos entre sí y al eje central.
