Abstract
SISTEMA DE RESFRIAMENTO DE GÁS INTEGRADO PARA FORNO DE ARCO VOLTAICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um resfriador de gás de combustão (11) para resfriamento de gás de combustão quente bruto de um forno de arco voltaico de uma instalação de produção de ferro e aço é fornecido. Cada resfriador de gás de combustão (11) tem uma câmara de entrada de gás (14), uma câmara de saída de gás (16) e uma série de tubos de resfriamento de gás (18) que se estendem entre e para a câmara de entrada e a câmara de saída. cada tubo de resfriamento de gás (18) tem uma extremidade de entrada em formato de sino (19) que compreende um perfil de aceleração de gás aerodinamicamente curvado para facilitar fluxo aerodinâmico de gás de combustão para o tubo de resfriamento de gás. O resfriador de gás de combustão torna possível receber gás de combustão diretamente de um forno de arco voltaico sem que o mesmo fique obstruído pela poeira e partículas presentes no gás de combustão
