Abstract

SISTEMA DE TRATAMENTO POR IMERSÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de tratamento por imersão, no qual os objetos a serem tratados, em particular, carrocerias de veículos, que são conduzidos, com a ajuda de, pelo menos, um veículo de transporte (1) a um tanque de imersão, o qual pode ser cheio com um líquido de tratamento, são imersos nesse tanque, são emersos novamente dele e podem ser transportados para longe do tanque de imersão. O veículo de transporte (1) pode ser deslocado ao longo de um trilho (6), e abrange um carro de acionamento (2), que pode se mover motorizado ao longo do trilho (6), bem como, um dispositivo de fixação (12), no qual pode ser fixado, pelo menos, um objeto, e que pode ser girado em torno de um eixo de rotação (18). Um dispositivo de ligação (11) liga o carro de acionamento (2) com o dispositivo de fixação (12). Uma das duas extremidades do eixo de rotação (18) está apoiada no dispositivo de ligação (11), de tal modo que, o eixo de rotação (18) pode ser deslocado na direção vertical, projetando-se livremente junto com o dispositivo de fixação (12). O sistema contém um dispositivo de acionamento, com o qual o eixo de rotação (18) pode ser girado. O eixo de rotação (18) e o dispositivo de acionamento estão ligados entre si através de uma engrenagem planetária (23).
