Abstract
conjunto de instrumentos cirúrgicos para corte de precisão. são divulgados um método e um conjunto de instrumentos particularmenye para cirurgias do túnel carpal que permitem um corte de precisão no ligamento transverso do corpo (ltc) sem visão direta ou exposição do ligamento, exceto da sua borda mais proximal, mas com orientação e segurança da faca de corte, eliminando ou, pelo menos diminuindo em muito a probabilidade de cortar linhas na direção errada e lesões indvertidas (iatrogênicas) nas estruturas circundantes, compreendendo, em uma modalidades preferida: uma haste-guia canulada de formato exclusivo, através da qual passa uma agulha-guia de metal flexível (33) que serve como uma diretriz para uma faca de corte ou fasciótomo (25) de formato exclusivo que tem uma ponta canulada em forma de dedo na borda inferior da porção da lâmina da faca, além de, em uma segunda modalidade da invenção, uma esfera (32) acoplada à extremidade da ponta romba superior em forma de dedo presente na borda superior da referida porção da lâminna da referida faca; uma faca de corte ou fasciótomo de formato exclusivo com um eixo curvo a 90<198> com, em uma segunda modalidade da invenção, um par de esferas acopladas à extremidade das pontas rombas em forma de dedos e uma cânula-guia com fendas (40), opcional, de formato exclusivo, com uma fenestração na sua ponta da extremidade permitindo a passagem da agulha metálica flexível (33) e, em uma segunda modalidade da invenção, também um arco de metal de restrição ou arco-freio (37) próximo à sua extremidade distal e na sua parte posterior, duas orelhas/pegas para o seu correto manuseamento.
