Abstract

processos para preparar um polímero poliol, e para preparar uma espuma de poliuretano. a invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de um polímero polil, cujo processo compreende misturar, em um vaso de reator, um poliol base, um ou mais monômeros etilenicamente insaturados, um iniciador de polimerização, opcionalmente um macrômero, e opcionalmente um agente de tranferência de cadeia, e polimerizar a mistura assim obtida em uma temperatura de 50 a 200<198>c, em que o(s) monômeros(s) o iniciador são dosados simultaneamente ao vaso do reator e em que durante o período de tempo de dosagem simultânea do monômero(s) e do iniciador, a razão, em peso, da dosagem de iniciador, para monômero(s) é aumentada.
