Abstract
processo de fabricação de um dispositivo de identificação por radiofrequência e dispositivo de identificação por radiofrequência. a invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de um dispositivo de identificação por radiofrequência (rfid), compreendendo um substrato plano e flexível de policarbonato minido de uma antena (14) de tinta condutora completamente encerrado no policarbonato e um chip ou um módulo de circuitointegrado (29) conectado à antena, a antena formada por enrolamento de várias espiras compreende uma zona de cruzamento das espiras, uma faixa isolante de material dielétrico separando as espiras de antena no nível da zona de cruzamento, as bordas do dispositivo sendo completamente uniformes de modo que nenhuma das linhas de demarcação das diferentes camadas entre elas seja visível, impedindo assim qualquer tentativa para deslaminar o dispositivo na sua espessura.
