Abstract
tratamento de superfície de borracha utilizando plasma de baixa pressão. a presente invenção refere-se a um método de tratamento de uma superfície de um objeto compreendendo um material de borracha e em particular uma bexiga para utilização em um processo de produção de um pneu para veículo. o método compreende submeter a superfície a um gás a uma pressão baixa na qual o gás é suscetível de formar um plasma; e fazer o gás formar plasma. a fim de obter propriedades repelentes da superfície do material de borracha é usado gás de flúor tal como tetra-flúor-metano ou hexa-flúor-metano. de preferência o tratamento é realizado até que é obtida uma camada de superfície do material de borracha com propriedades modificadas pelo tratamento tendo um tempo de vida esperado correspondente à vida útil esperada do objeto.
