Abstract

filtro do disco. a presente invenção refere-se a um filtro do disco para desidratar suspensões de fibra de celulose compreendendo elementos do filtro em forma de disco (11) carregados por um eixo do rotor (7) a fim de girar dentro de um recipiente (2) enquanto é parcialmente imerso em uma suspensão recebida no recipiente. cada elemento do filtro compreende vários setores do filtro (12) distribuiídos sobre o eixo do rotor. os membros de afrouxamento (25) são fornecidos para afrouxar o material de fibra que foi filtrado da suspensão e depositado em um revestimento de filtragem (13) do respectivo elemento do filtro. as calhas receptoras (30) estão localizadas na parte do recipiente onde os setores do filtro (12) são girados para baixo na suspensão e uma posição acima da suspensão. as calhas receptoras recebem o material de fibra afrouxado junto com o líquido de lavagem dos membros de limpeza (26) localizados acima das calhas receptoras para assim permitir que o material de fibra seja diluído nas calhas receptoras em um conteúdo desejado seco por meios deste líquido de lavagem.
