Abstract
marcador ósseo avançado e implantes personalizados. trata-se de um método para substituir uma parte de um osso almejado no corpo de um paciente, método esse que inclui as etapas de: ligar um ou mais primeiros marcadores ao osso almejado; gerar uma representação tridimensional médica do osso almejado; realizar uma resseção virtual de uma parte de resseção e uma representação tridimensional do osso almejado remanescente com bordas de corte; proporcionar um parâmetro visual da parte de resseção; obter uma parte de enxerto ou implante para substituir a parte de resseção do osso almejado usando o parâmetro virtual da parte de resseção; extirpar a parte de resseção a partir do osso almejado de acordo com a resserção virtual usando-se o primeiro sistema de referência de coordenadas; e acoplar a parte de enxerto ou implante ao osso almejado em uma posição substancialmente coincidente com a posição da parte de resseção antes da resseção de fato.
