Claims (43)
- 整形外科インプラントを製造するためのコンピュータ実装方法であって、
対象の少なくとも1つの画像において関心対象の解剖学的構造をセグメント化することと、
前記関心対象の解剖学的構造のうち異なる解剖学的要素を分離することと、
分離された前記解剖学的要素の間の空間的関係を操作することと、
前記空間的関係を操作することの後に、前記解剖学的要素の間のネガティブスペースをマッピングし、前記ネガティブスペースの少なくとも一部を仮想インプラントで充填することと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記空間的関係を操作することの後に、前記解剖学的要素の相対位置に基づいて前記仮想インプラントの1以上のパラメータを生成すること
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記空間的関係を操作することは、分離された前記解剖学的要素を矯正処置に対応する位置に配置することを含む、

前記3Dモデルを3Dファブリケーションデータに変換することと、
前記3Dファブリケーションデータに基づいて、前記整形外科インプラントの少なくとも一部を製造することと、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 整形外科インプラントを作成するための方法であって、
解剖学的構造をイメージングすることと、
関心対象の解剖学的構造をセグメント化することと、
異なる解剖学的要素を分離することと、
解剖学的要素間の空間的関係を操作することと、
解剖学的要素間のネガティブスペースを識別することと、
前記ネガティブスペースの少なくとも一部を仮想インプラントで充填することと、
前記仮想インプラントの1以上のパラメータからインプラントを製造することと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記識別ステップは、第1の境界解剖的特徴を選択し、少なくとも第2の境界解剖的特徴を選択し、境界解剖学的特徴間の体積を計算することによって達成される、
請求項24に記載の方法。 - 前記充填ステップは、インプラント周囲を作成し、当該周囲を第1の境界解剖的特徴から第2の境界解剖的特徴に押し出すことによって達成される、

前記空間関係を操作することの後に、前記解剖学的要素間のネガティブスペースをマッピングし、前記ネガティブスペースの少なくとも一部を仮想インプラントで充填することと、
を含むオペレーションを前記コンピュータシステムに実行させる、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。 - 前記オペレーションは、前記解剖学的要素の相対位置に基づいて1以上のパラメータを生成することをさらに含む、

関心対象の解剖学的構造のうち異なる解剖学的要素を分離することと、
分離された前記解剖学的要素間の空間的関係を操作することと、
前記空間関係を操作することの後に、前記解剖学的要素間のネガティブスペースをマッピングし、前記ネガティブスペースの少なくとも一部を仮想インプラントで充填することと、
を含むオペレーションを前記1以上のプロセッサに実行させるインストラクションを記憶するメモリと、
を備える、システム。 - 前記オペレーションは、前記仮想インプラントが前記解剖学的要素の間にフィットするように前記仮想インプラントの1以上のパラメータを選択することをさらに含む、
