Description
− 患者の対側骨(すなわち、標的骨に対して反対側)について、この骨が健康であり、そうでなくとも該当する態様において適するものである場合の、その鏡像三次元画像の取得であって、ここで、患者の対側骨の三次元画像は、第二の三次元レファレンス座標系を定める1つ以上の既に取り付けられている第二のマーカーを含むか、または1つ以上の第二のマーカーは、患者の対側骨の三次元画像に仮想的に配置されている、鏡像三次元画像の取得;
− 患者の対側骨の鏡像三次元画像および最も適する仮想骨の三次元画像の登録;ならびに、
− 残された標的骨の三次元画像における切断エッジ部の、第一のレファレンス座標系から第二のレファレンス座標系への移送、
によって実施される。
d1) デジタルメディカルライブラリに提供される複数の仮想骨からの、最も適する仮想骨の三次元画像の選択であって、ここで、最も適する仮想骨の三次元画像は、標的骨の三次元画像と最も密接に適合するものであり、ならびにここで、最も適する仮想骨の三次元画像は、第二の三次元レファレンス座標系を定める1つ以上の既に取り付けられている第二のマーカーを含むか、または1つ以上の第二のマーカーは、選択された最も適する仮想骨の三次元画像に仮想的に配置されている、選択;
d2) 標的骨の三次元画像および最も適する仮想骨の三次元画像の登録;ならびに、
d3) 残された標的骨の三次元画像における切断エッジ部の、第一のレファレンス座標系から第二のレファレンス座標系への移送、
によって実施される。
A) 標的骨に取り付けられた1つ以上の第一のマーカーによって定められる第一の三次元レファレンス座標系を含む標的骨の三次元画像;
B) デジタルメディカルライブラリが複数の仮想骨を含む骨データベースを有する、デジタルメディカルライブラリまたはそれへのデジタル接続;ならびに、
C) 標的骨の三次元画像の処理に適し、ディスプレイおよびユーザーインターフェイスを含む、コントロールモジュール、
を含み、ここで、
D) デジタルメディカルライブラリに含まれるのに適する骨の各々の三次元画像は、コントロールモジュールにインポートして、手術計画手順の過程で処理することができる。
Claims (7)
- 生体内の標的骨の一部を置換するためのシステムであって:
A)前記標的骨(104)に取り付けられた第一のマーカー(102)によって定められる第一の三次元レファレンス座標系(150’)を含む前記標的骨の三次元画像(104’)であって、前記標的骨の前記三次元画像(104’)は、前記標的骨(104)の、そこから切除されるべき切除部分(118)を定める、前記標的骨の前記三次元画像(104’);ならびに、
B)前記標的骨の前記三次元画像(104’)の処理に適し、前記切除部分(118)の置換に適する選択された移植部分(122)の1つの選択のために、前記標的骨の前記三次元画像(104’)を、複数の仮想骨の三次元画像を含むレファレンスデータとユーザーが比較することを可能にするディスプレイ(108)およびユーザーインターフェイス(110)を有するコントロールモジュール(106)、
を含み、
ここで、
C)前記システムは、デジタルメディカルライブラリ(112)またはそれへのデジタル接続をさらに含み、前記デジタルメディカルライブラリ(112)は、複数の仮想骨を有する骨データベースを含み、ここで、前記デジタルメディカルライブラリ(112)に含まれるのに適する骨の各々の三次元画像は、前記コントロールモジュール(106)へインポートし、手術計画手順の過程で処理することができる、システム。 - 複数の基部プレート孔部を含む基部部分(proximal portion)であって、前記基部部分は、前記切除部分の切除後に前記標的骨の残された部分に固定されるように構成される、基部部分、ならびに複数の端部プレート孔部を含む端部部分(distal portion)であって、前記端部部分は、前記選択されたインプラントおよび移植部分の1つに固定されるように構成される、端部部分、を有する骨プレートをさらに含み、前記コントロールモジュールが、前記標的骨の前記三次元画像上の所望される位置に、前記骨プレートの前記三次元画像を仮想的に配置する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントロールモジュールが、患者の対側骨の鏡像三次元画像の取得であって、ここで、前記患者の対側骨の前記三次元画像は、第二の三次元レファレンス座標系を定める既に取り付けられている第二のマーカーの1つを含み、前記第二のマーカーは、前記患者の対側骨の前記三次元画像中に仮想的に配置される、取得と、前記健康な対側骨の前記鏡像三次元画像、および最も適する仮想骨の三次元画像の登録と、前記残された標的骨の三次元画像における前記切断エッジ部の、前記第一のレファレンス座標系から前記第二のレファレンス座標系への移送と、によって前記標的骨の前記切除部分を定める、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントロールモジュールが、デジタルメディカルライブラリに提供される複数の仮想骨から最も適する仮想骨の三次元画像を選択し、前記最も適する仮想骨の前記三次元画像は、前記標的骨の前記三次元画像と最も密接に適合し、ここで、前記最も適する仮想骨の前記三次元画像は、第二の三次元レファレンス座標系を定める前記第二のマーカーの1つであり、第二のマーカーは、前記選択された最も適する仮想骨の前記三次元画像中に仮想的に配置され、ならびに、前記コントロールモジュールが、前記標的骨の前記三次元画像および前記最も適する仮想骨の前記三次元画像を登録し、前記残された標的骨の前記三次元画像における前記切断エッジ部を、前記第一のレファレンス座標系から前記第二のレファレンス座標系へ移送する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記切除部分を置換するための最も適するドナー骨の三次元画像がそこから選択される、複数のドナー骨を有するデジタルメディカルライブラリをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントロールモジュールが、少なくとも2つの基部穿孔部(proximal bore holes)の基部配置を、前記残された標的骨の前記三次元画像中に仮想的に配置する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントロールモジュールが、少なくとも2つの端部穿孔部(distal bore holes)の端部配置(distal configuration)を、前記選択されたインプラントおよび移植片の1つの三次元画像中に仮想的に配置する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
