Abstract

atuador de válvula. o atuador de válvula (1) inclui um alojamento (2), um motor (4) acoplado à válvula, sendo que a rotação do motor (4) altera a posição da válvula de uma primeira posição em que pode ocorrer fluxo de fluído ao longo de pelo menos uma via e uma segunda posição em que o fluxo de fluído é, ou bloqueado, ou pode ocorrer ao longo de pelo menos uma segunda via, sendo que referido motor (4) é normalmente suprido com potência elétrica de uma fonte principal de potência elétrica, pelo menos um sensor (24,132) configurado para detectar a posição da válvula e/ou a velocidade da válvula, um comutador (16) que controla o fornecimento de potência elétrica ao motor (4), e um circuito de potência (19) conectado ao computador (16). o atuador de válvula inclui adicionalmete um controlador (20) conectado ao pelo menos um sensor (24,132) e ao circuito de potência (19), sendo que referido controlador (20) coleta, em tempo real, dados relativos à posição e/ou à velocidade da válvula e dados coletados relativamente à regulagem de potência, e enviando uma nova regulagem de potência ao circuito de potência (19), sendo que o circuito de potência (19) amplifica o sinal do controlador.
