Abstract
Actuador (1) de válvula que incluye: - un alojamiento (2), - un motor (4) acoplado a la válvula, en el que la rotación del motor (4) cambia la posición de la válvula de una primera posición en la que puede tener lugar un flujo de fluido a lo largo de al menos una trayectoria y una segunda posición en la que el flujo de fluido o bien está bloqueado o bien puede tener lugar a lo largo de al menos una segunda trayectoria, suministrándose a dicho motor (4) normalmente energía eléctrica procedente de una fuente principal de energía eléctrica, - al menos un sensor (24,132) configurado para detectar la posición de la válvula y/o la velocidad de válvula, - un conmutador (16) que controla la entrega de energía eléctrica al motor (4), - un sistema (19) de circuitos de energía conectado al conmutador (16), - un controlador (20) conectado al al menos un sensor (24,132) y al sistema (19) de circuitos de energía, recopilando dicho controlador (20) en tiempo real datos relativos a la posición y/o la velocidad de la válvula y datos relativos al ajuste de energía, caracterizado porque el controlador calcula la corrección de posición y/o velocidad de manera proporcional a los errores entre los datos recopilados relativos a la posición y/o la velocidad de la válvula y los datos recopilados relativos al ajuste de energía, y enviando un nuevo ajuste de energía al sistema (19) de circuitos de energía, en el que el sistema (19) de circuitos de energía amplifica la señal del controlador.
