Abstract
válvula de divisor progressiva em série e método para fabricação de uma válvula de divisor progressiva em série. trata-se de uma válvula de divisor progressiva em série que compreende um corpo de válvula e pistões. o corpo de válvula compreende uma entrada de fluido, orifícios de pistão, orifícios de saída, ligação e cortes inferiores. a entrada de fluido se estende em um exterior do corpo de válvula. os orifícios de pistão se estendem através do corpo de válvula a partir de uma primeira extremidade até uma segunda extremidade. cada orifício de pistão inclui um pistão. os orifícios de saída se estendem no interior do corpo de válvula, em que cada orifício de saída e um segundo conjunto de orifícios de saída. a ligação forma uma pluralidade de passadiços que conecta os orifícios de pistão entre si e com os orifícios de saída de modo que, quando fluido de alta pressão é aplicado na entrada, cada um dos pistões alterna a partir da primeira extremidade até a segunda extremidade em sequência. um corte inferior é localizado em uma interseção entre cada passadiço e orifício de pistão.
