Abstract
máquina de dobragem para criar curvaturas para a esquerda e direita. equipamento para curvar tubos de grandes dimensões em diferentes sentidos de curvatura, sendo que nesse equipamento para curvar é inserido um tubo (10) no sentido axial através de uma instalação de aquecimento (7), que atua por indução e com seu formato anelar envolver esse tubo; o tubo (10) é fixado em sua extremidade a ser curvada (11) por meio de um dispositivo de bloqueio para curvamento (4); na peça do equipamento para curvar se encontra situado no sentido de avanço do tubo (10), pelo menos, um braço de curvamento (2), que está montado de forma a girar em torno de um eixo rotacional vertical (8); o dispositivo de bloqueio para curvamento (4) está indiretamente conectado ao braço de curvamento (2); o dispositivo de bloqueio para curvamento (4) apresenta um dipositivo de transmissão da força entre o braço de curvamento (2) e o dispositivo de acolhimento do tubo; o dispositivo de transmissão da força está conectado ao braço de curvamento (2) de forma móvel de tal modo que as distâncias entre o eixo central do dispositivo de acolhimento do tubo e o eixo rotacional vertical (8) possam ser selecionadas entre uma distância maior ou menor, por meio do que pode ser ajustada uma área entre o raio de curvatura (12) maior e um menor; o dispositivo apresenta, pelo menos, um outro dispositivo de bloqueio para curvamento (5) com um outro braço de curvamento (3), um dispositivo de acolhimento do tubo e um dispositivo de transmissão da força para forças de curvamento do dispositivo de acolhimento para o braço de curvamento (3), sendo que o sentido de rotação do braço de curvamento (3) é contrário ao sentido rotacional do primeiro braço de curvamento (2) e cada um dos dois braços de curvamento (2, 3) pode ser movido paralelamente um ao outro e perpendicularmente ao sentido de avanço do tubo a ser curvado.
