Abstract

métodos de ensaio de quimioluminescência homogêneos com sensibilidade aumentada. a presente invenção refere-se aos métodos para determinar um análito em um meio suspeito de conter no análito. um método compreende o tratamento de um meio suspeito de conter um análito sob condições tais que o análito, se estiver presente, faz com que um agente de fotossensibilização e um composto quimioluminescente fiquem bastante próximos um do outro. o agente de fotossensibilização gera o oxigênio de órbita simples e ativa o composto quimioluminescente quando este encontra-se bastante próximo. o sinal não específico gerado pelo oxigênio de órbita simples que não encontra-se próximo é reduzido ou suprimido ao usar um removedor de oxigênio de órbita simples (soq). o composto quimioluminescente ativado produz subsequentemente a luz. a quantidade de luz produzida está relacionada à quantidade de análito no meio. o uso de agentes de modulação de ruído melhora de maneira significativa as relações entre sinal e ruído e a sensibilidade ensaio. composições e kits também são apresentados.
