Abstract
composições ,organismos,sistemas e métodos para expressar um produto de gene em plantas"a presente revelação se refere,em algumas modalidades,a composições,organismos,sistemas e métodos para expressar um produto de gene em uma planta com o uso de sequência de expressão (ecs)operável em monocotiledonêas e/ou dicotiledõneas.por exemplo,(i) um ácido nucleico isolado pode compreender um ecs (por exemplo de vírus baciliforme de cana-de-açucar)e,opcionalmente,um ácido nucleico exógeno(exna)ligado de maneira operável ao ecs;(ii)um vetor de expressão pode compreender um ecs;umexna;eopcionalmente,uma sequência de terminação 3'em que o ecs tem atividade de promotor suficiente para expressar a exna em pelo menos monotiledônea e pelo menos uma dicotiledônea;(iii)um micro-organismo,célula de planta,ou planta pode compreender um ácido nucleico isolado;(iv)um método para expressar de forma constitutiva um exna em uma planta(por exemplo,uma monocotiledônea e/ou uma dicotiledônea)pode compreender,colocar um vetor de expressão em contato com o citosol de uma célula da planta,em que o vetor de expressão compreende o exna e um ecs e um ecs operável para acionar a expressão do exna'e/ou (v)um método para direcionar expressão constitutiva de um ácido nucleico em uma planta (por exemplo,uma monocotiledônea e/ou uma dicotiledônea)pode compreender transformar a planta com um ácido nucleico de expressão que compreende um ecs;exna e uma sequência de terminação 3.
