Abstract
método para preparação de caqui maduro diretamente em uma árvore de caqui. é divulgado um método para a preparação de caqui maduro diretamente sobre uma árvore de caqui, que compreende as etapas de preparação de uma tampa de vedação (s1); fornecimento de um gerador de etileno para a geração de gás de etileno na tampa de vedação (s2), recebimento de cada caqui, que está pendurado na árvore, com a tama de vedação, em que o gerador de etileno é fornecido (s3); envelhecimento do caqui por um período de tempo desejado na tampa de vedação e, desse modo, formação de caqui maduro (s4), e a remoção da tampa de vedação e, em seguida, a limpeza dos caquis maduros (s5). portanto, o caqui maduro tendo um bom gosto e frescura pode ser fabricado de forma simples e eficiente.
