previsão de terapia e otomização de terapia sanguíncea para insuficiência renal, especialmente hemodiálise domiciliar. trata-se de um sistema de etrapia sanguínea para insuficiência renal que inclui: (i) uma máquina d eterapia sanguínea para insuficiência renal: (ii) uma prescrição de terapia para um paciente pela máquina de terapia sanguínea para insuficiência renal para remover um soluto do sangue do paciente; (iii) um teste que inclui múltiplas amostras de sangue colhidas em múltiplos horários durante uma terapia de teste para determinar os nníveis de concentração do soluto em cada um dos múltiplos horários; e (iv) um dispositivo programado para usar um modelo cinético para o soluto em um primeiro caso com pelo menos um dos níveis de concentração do soluto para estimar pelo menos um parâmetro estimado do paciente. o dispositivo é programado, ainda, para permitir que um usuário determine pelo menos uma entre a duração de terapia, a frequência de terapia, a taxa de vaxão de dialisato ou a taxa de vazão de sangue para a prescrição de terapia.
