resumo controle de fluxo de dialisado a invenção refere-se a um método e um aparelho para controlar o fluxo de dialisado em um dispositivo de diálise. uma mudança do valor de um fator de controle, causada por uma variação de uma propriedade do dialisado ou do sangue, ou por uma alteração do fluxo de dialisado, é determinada para controlar o fluxo de dialisado. o fator de controle é uma medida para a troca de substâncias através do dialisador e, deste modo, da eficácia do dialisador. se a mudança do valor do fator de controle exceder um limite, o fluxo de dialisado é aumentado. por outro lado, o fluxo de dialisado é reduzido se a alteração do valor do fator de controle ficar aquém do intervalo limite. devido à invenção, o fluxo de dialisado em um dispositivo de dialisado em relação à eficácia do dialisador e, assim, também o tratamento de sangue é otimizado independentemente do conhecimento do tipo de dialisador utilizado, do fluxo de sangue ou de certos parâmetros do paciente.
