Abstract
sistema e método de medição eletroquímica de analitos. a presente invenção refere-se a sistemas e métodos exemplares de operação de um sistema de medição de analito, que tem um medidor e uma tira de teste. em uma modalidade, o método pode ser executado através da aplicação de uma primeira tensão de teste entre um eletrodo de referência e um segundo eletrodo de trabalho e aplicação de uma segunda tensão de teste entre o eletrodo de referência e um primeiro eletrodo de trabalho; medir uma primeira corrente de teste, uma segunda corrente de teste, uma terceira corrente de teste e uma quarta corrente de teste no segundo eletrodo de trabalho após a aplicação de uma amostra de sangue contendo um analito á tira de teste; medir uma quinta corrente de teste no primeiro eletrodo de trabalho; estimar uma concentração de analito corrigida para o nível de hematócrito a partir de uma primeira, segunda, terceira, quarta e quinta correntes de teste; e mostra a concentração de analito corrigida para o nível de hematócrito.
