Abstract

método de separação de minerais pelas suas propriedades luminescentes o método refere-se ao domínio de beneficiação de minérios. através deste método estabelecem-se os valores limites da intensidade do sinal de luminescência que surge durante a exposição do material a ser separado ao impulso de radiação de excitação e após decorrer o tempo predefinido depois da interrupção do impulso de excitação, efetua-se o tratamento do sinal registrado determinado primeiro o valor da intensidade do sinal de luminescência, compara-se o valor obtido com o respectivo valor limite predefinido e, no caso de o valor limite ser excedido, efetua-se o tratamento do sinal para determinar o valor do critério de separação selecionado, compara-se o resultado do tratamento com o valor limite predefinido e recupera-se o mineral a ser concentrado do material a ser separado, se o resultado da comparação satisfaz predefinido; no caso de o valor obtido da intensidade do sinal de luminescência após decorrer o tempo predefinido depois da interrupção do impulso de excitação ser inferior ao seu valor limite, determina-se o valor da intensidade do sinal de luminescência que surge durante o impulso de radiação de excitação, compara-se com o respectivo valor limite predefinido e recupera-se o mineral a ser concentrado do material a ser separado no caso de o valor limited ser excedido.
