método e sistema para controle da direção de movimento de um veículo motorizado. a invenção diz respeito a um método para controle da direção de movimento de um veículo motorizado compreendendo as etapas de : determinar (s640) a direção de movimento determinada do veículo; determinar (s650) a direção de movimento real do veículo; comparar (s660) a referida direção de movimento determinada com a referida direção de movimento real; usar unidades de frenagem associadas às rodas do veículo para corrigir (s680) sua direção de movimento real quando ela se desvia de uma faixa de tolerância de largura predeterminada para a referida direção de movimento determinada, de modo que sua direção de movimento real seja trazida para dentro da referida faixa de tolerância; adicionalmente compreendendo as etapas de: durante a frenagem do veículo, comparar (s610) o valor de frenagem durante a referida frenagem com um valor de frenagem de emergência predeterminado e reduzir (s620) a referida largura predeterminada da faixa de tolerância quando o referido valor de frenagem excede o valor de frenagem de emergência. a invenção também revela um sistema para controle da direção de movimento de um veículo motorizado. a invenção também se refere a um veículo motorizado.
