Abstract
Gel de óleo. A presente invenção refere-se ao campo de agentes de espessamento de óleo e em particular géis de óleo. Modalidades da presente invenção referem-se, por exempo, a uma composição de óleo contendo pelo menos um complexo compreendendo um emulsificador distribuido de óleo e fibras de proteínas e preparações compreendendo tal composição de óleos; o uso de tais complexos como agentes de espessamento de óleo, e um método para produzir os complexos.
