Abstract

MÉTODO PARA REMOVER SULFETO DE HIDROGÊNIO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de sequestro de sulfeto de hidrogênio para óleo pesado que reduz o sulfeto de hidrogênio enquanto minimiza a corrosão do equipamento de processamento. O método inclui as etapas de adicionar um sequestrante à base de água que contém um ou mais aldeídos, como glioxal, ao óleo pesado com o uso de um sistema de injeção de misturador estático e criar uma emulsão de sequestrante à base de água/óleo pesado com o uso de uma bomba de alto cisalhamento/alta velocidade. O sequestrante à base de água pode ser adicionado em uma ramificação de adição de sequestrante, sendo que a emulsão é formada na ramificação de adição e, então, é retornada ao equipamento de processamento.
