Abstract
"produto de proteína e processo para a preparação de um produto de proteína injetável". A presente invenção refere-se à unidade que é retida em alimentos cozidos ou descongelados, através da adição aos alimentos de uma suspensão aquasa de proteína de músculo animal obtida de um tecido do músculo animal. A suspensão aquosa é obtida pela mistura de tecido de músculo animal fragmentado com uma base de qualidade alimentar para formar uma soluçãobásica aquasa de proteína de músculo animal. A solução básica é misturada com um ácido de qualidade alimentar para precipitar a proteína em uma composição aquaso. A proteína precipitada, então, é fragmentada para formar uma suspensão aquasa de proteína de músculo animal fragmentado.
