Abstract
método de controle microbiocida em sistemas de linha potável. esta invenção fornece um método para controlar micróbios em um sistema de linha potável quando aves e/ou suínos estão ausentes da área onde o sistema de linha potável está localizado. o método compreende: i) contatar o sistema de linha potável e uma solução microbiocida aquosa; e ii) lavar o dito sistema de linha potável com água e/ou uma solução aquosa compreendendo um ou mais removedores de incrustante pelo menos uma vez após o dito contato com a dita solução microbiocida aquosa, em que a dita solução microbiocida aquosa é formada de componentes compreendendo água e uma solução biocida aquosa concentrada selecionada de a) uma solução biocida aquosa tendo um teor de bromo ativo de cerca de 50.000 ppm ou mais, cuja solução é formada de componentes compreendendo água e (i) cloreto de bromo ou cloreto de bromo e bromo, com ou sem uso conjunto de cloro e (ii) sal de metal alcalino superbásico de ácido sulfâmico e/ou ácido sulfâmico, base de metal alcalino e água, em que as proporções relativas de (i) e (ii) são tais que a razão atômica de nitrogênio para bromo ativo é maior que 0,93, e em que o ph da composição é maior que a 7, ou b) uma solução biocida aquosa formada de componentes compreendendo água e (i) pelo menos uma fonte de brometo selecionada de brometo de amônio, brometo de hidrogênio, pelo menos um brometo de metal alcalino, pelo menos um brometo de metal alcalino terroso e misturador de quaisquer dois ou mais dos anteriores, (ii) uma fonte de cloro, opcionalmente (iii) pelo menos uma base inorgância e, opcionalmente, (iv) ácido sulfâmico e/ou um sal de metal de ácido sulfâmico, ou c) uma combinação de a) e b). qualquer degradação dos materiais do sistema de linha potável pelo contato com a dita solução microbiocida aquosa é mínima.
