Abstract
diafragma de porosidade predefinida e método de fabricação do mesmo e aparelho para o mesmo.a presente invenção refere-se a um separador poroso depositado corpo de catodo de uma célula eletrolítica de diafragma, caracterizada por um perfil de aspereza predefinido obtido pela sucção a vácuo de uma suspensão contendo fibras e um material particulado opcional. o grau de vácuo é ajustado coontinuamente como uma função do percentual de material depositado, preferivelmente por meio de uma unidade de processamento central agindo o fluxo de suspensão. o perfil de porosidade a ser obtido é selecionado dependendo da composição da suspensão e condições operacionais industriais projetadas. o separador poroso pode ser formado pela sobreposição de uma multiplicidade de planos de fibra de polímero compreendendo poros primários gerados pela interconexão de uma multiplicidade de interstícios primários entre as ditas fibras, o tamanho dos ditos poros primários possuindo um valor médio de 2 a 10 <109>m com um desvio padrão não superior a 50% do dito valor médio.
