produto alimentício à base de cereal que contém proteína do leite. a presente invenção refere-se a um produto comestível à base de cereal cozido-extrusado que compreende proteína do leite e que possui um bloqueio de lisina menor do que 30%. estes produtos são particularmente estáveis à degradação de proteína possuindo ao mesmo tempo boas propriedades organolépticas. a invenção também se refere a um processo para a produção dos ditos produtos e ao uso destes produtos na separação de composições alimentícias.
