Abstract
método para melhorar um modelo geológico de uma região de subsuperfície, produto de programa de computador, e, método para controlar hidrocarbonetos em uma região de subsuperfície. um método para melhorar um modelo geológico de uma região de subsuperfície. um ou mais conjuntos de valores paramétricos são selecionados. cada parâmetro representa uma propriedade geológica. um custo e um gradiente do custo são obtidos para cada conjunto. uma aproximação geométrica de espaço paramétrico definido por uma ou mais formação é construída. um modelo de superfície de resposta é gerado expressando o custo e gradiente associado com cada formação. quando uma condição de acabamento não é satisfeita, pelo menos um conjunto adicional é selecionado com base pelo menos em parte no modelo de superfície de resposta associado com os conjuntos previamente selecionados. partes do método são repetidas usando-se conjuntos adicionais sucessivamentes selecionados, para atualizar a aproximação e o modelo de superfície de resposta até a condição de acabamento ser satisfeita. os conjuntos tendo um nível predeterminado de custo para o modelo geológico da região de subsuperfície e/ou seus resultados preditos associados são emitidos para atualizar o modelo geológico.
