Abstract
MECANISMO DE ACIONAMENTO DE UM ATUADOR E ATUADOR PARA UM SISTEMA DE TRAVA DUPLA PARA UMA PORTA DE VEÍCULO. Um atuador para um mecanismo de trava de porta de veículo tem um motor (14), uma primeira engrenagem (15), uma segunda engrenagem (16) e uma terceira engrenagem (17). O motor tem um eixo (141) ao qual a primeira engrenagem é conectada. O motor rota a primeira engrenagem, que por sua vez aciona a segunda engrenagem e a terceira engrenagem. Uma peça não dentada (161) é formada na segunda engrenagem. Uma projeção (18) é formada na terceira engrenagem. Batentes (19) são arranjados para interromper a rotação da terceira engrenagem. Quando a segunda engrenagem (16) rota para uma posição onde a peça não dentada (161) corresponde à terceira engrenagem (17), a projeção (18) é espaçada de um batente (19) por um ângulo. Quando a segunda engrenagem (16) rota mais, as engrenagens reengrenam e a terceira engrenagem (17) rota até que a projeção (18) contacte o batente (19).
