Abstract
PROCESSO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE UM MATERIAL COMPÓSITO DE POLÍMERO DE LAMINADO Trata-se de processos para fabricar materiais compósitos de polímero que contêm uma matriz polimérica, tecidos de reforço (54) e partículas de um material de carga (52). Os processos incluem aspergir as partículas do material de carga (52) em pelo menos dois artigos (54,74) que compreendem, cada um, pelo menos um dos tecidos de reforço (54) para formar artigos carregados por partícula (56,76). Os artigos carregados por partícula (56,76) são empilhados para formar uma estrutura empilhada (58,78), e uma resina presente na estrutura empilhada (58,78) é, então, curada para formar um material compósito de polímero de laminado.
