Abstract

Claims (10)
- 複数の強化織布(54)および添加剤材料(52)の粒子を含むポリマーマトリックスを備えるラミネートポリマー複合材料を製造するための方法であって、
前記強化織布(54)の少なくとも1つをそれぞれが備える少なくとも2つの物品(54、74)に前記添加剤材料(52)の粒子を噴霧して、粒子含有物品(56、76)を形成するステップと、
前記粒子含有物品(56、76)を積層して、積層構造(58、78)を形成するステップと、
前記積層構造(58、78)の中に存在する樹脂を硬化して、前記強化織布(54)および前記樹脂を硬化させることにより形成される前記ポリマーマトリックスを備える前記ラミネートポリマー複合材料を形成するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記物(54)が前記樹脂を含まず、前記強化織布(54)が乾燥しており、噴霧する前記ステップにより、前記添加剤材料(52)の前記粒子が前記強化織布(54)を貫通することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 粘着付与剤が前記強化織布(54)の上に存在することにより、前記強化織布(54)に対する前記添加剤材料(52)の前記粒子の接着性が向上することを特徴とする、請求項2乃至3記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂を硬化させる前に、前記積層構造(58)に前記樹脂を注入することをさらに特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記粒子含有物品(76)が粒子含有プリプレグ(76)となるように、前記物(74)の少なくとも1つが、前記樹脂および少なくとも1つの前記強化織布(54)を含むプリプレグ(74)であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記粒子含有プリプレグ(76)の少なくとも1つの表面の上にある量(80)の前記樹脂を噴霧することをさらに特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記強化織布(54)が炭素織布を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記添加剤材料(52)が、窒化ホウ素、酸化アルミニウム、および窒化アルミニウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ラミネートポリマー複合材料が、航空機エンジンナセル(34)の少なくとも一部分である、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記部分が、前記航空機エンジンナセル(34)の吸気リップ(42)であることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の方法。
