Claims (6)
- 複数の強化織布および添加剤材料の粒子を含み、硬化樹脂により形成されたポリマーマトリックスを備えるラミネートポリマー複合材料を製造するための方法であって、
前記強化織布の少なくとも1つをそれぞれが備える少なくとも2つの物品を用意するステップであって、前記物品が前記樹脂を含まず、前記強化織布が乾燥しており、前記強化織布の隣接する繊維間に空間が存在する、ステップと、
前記物品のそれぞれに、前記物品に対する前記添加剤材料の付着性を向上させる手段を適用するステップと、
前記添加剤材料が前記適用するステップで施された接着手段により接着された別個の粒子含有物品を形成するように、前記添加剤材料を前記物品のそれぞれに噴霧するステップであって、前記粒子含有物品が前記樹脂を含まず、前記粒子含有物品の強化織布が乾燥しており、前記強化織布の隣接する繊維間に空間が存在し、前記噴霧するステップにより、前記添加剤材料の前記粒子が、前記強化織布を貫通し、かつ適用された接着促進手段により前記強化織布に接着される、ステップと、
前記粒子含有物品を積層して、積層構造を形成するステップであって、前記積層構造は、前記樹脂を含まず、積層構造の強化織布が乾燥している、ステップと、
前記積層構造に前記樹脂を注入するステップと、
前記積層構造の中に存在する樹脂を硬化して、前記強化織布および前記樹脂を硬化させることにより形成される前記ポリマーマトリックスを備える前記ラミネートポリマー複合材料を形成するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記接着促進手段は、前記強化織布上に存在し、前記強化織布内の空間を完全に満たすことなく前記強化織布に対する前記添加剤材料の前記粒子の接着性を向上させる粘着付与樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記強化織布が炭素織布を備える、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記添加剤材料が、窒化ホウ素、酸化アルミニウム、および窒化アルミニウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの材料である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ラミネートポリマー複合材料が、航空機エンジンナセルの少なくとも一部分である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記部分が、前記航空機エンジンナセルの吸気リップであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
